Guinevere and her staff are amazing caring and very compassionate. She treated us with the utmost care and kindness when our dad passed away unexpected 2 years ago. Our recent encounter though was at another level. My husband and I recently went to the coast to witness our families home loss due to the fires, then went to visit my parents at the cemetery. Their grave marker was not looking good at all, we asked Guinevere what was the best way to clean it not expecting or thinking at all that was something they were responsible for keeping up. Her husband said show me which one. Within not even 30 minutes of leaving she sent me before and after photos of the marker! This all being during them still being evacuated from the fires and still cleaning up from the storms, all the while we expressed how this was not urgent and no hurry. She saw that it was upsetting to us and addressed it immediately. A very kind and compassionate lady who wants nothing more than her clients to be taken care of and feel cared for.

Sherri and I really appreciate what you have done for us. Your guidance, thoughtful kindness and patience made this experience better for our family.

I can't praise Pacific View Memorial enough for their treatment of my husband who was died in an auto accident in September. Guinevere was amazing and kind and caring when I absolutely needed someone to be. My husband was in great hands there. I know he found peace with them.
