Richard Lee Osbahr
November 28, 1930 - December 7, 2022

Richard Lee Osbahr was born on November 28, 1930 in Persia, Iowa to Henry and Margaret. During his life, Richard served in the U.S. Armed Forces in Korea. After receiving his Associate's Degree, Richard became a salesman in customer service. Richard moved to live in Depoe Bay, Oregon which he made his home. On December 7, 2022, Richard passed away at 92 years old.

Military services will be held at The Riverside National Cemetery in California.
