We are deeply sorry for your loss - the staff at Pacific View Memorial Chapel
We lost our beloved brother, friend to many but most importantly father to Marvin. He was having the time of his life, the photo above was the last photo taken before his death. Mike had been looking forward for this week since the pandemic hit, first the beach then to Bend for a Father's Day weekend with his son Marvin at his best friends Doug & Annie Swain with family for fishing & having a good time. He was really looking forward to the future with his son Marvin. Mike already conquered quitting smoking, this was a big accomplishment we were all so proud of him. Mike was also was very proud of himself for getting the 2 COVID 19 vaccines. He was looking forward to getting into shape again and even bought a new bike. He was a caring, friendly and charismatic father & brother who could tell fun stories all day long. Mike is truly going to be missed.
He is preceded in death by his parents Marvin & Marlene Reinan, his wife of over 40 years Carol, a brother-in-law, Rich Cook and a brother-in-law, George Zenner.
He is survived by his son Marvin of Portland, sister Sherri Zenner of Canby, sister Julie Cook Canby and sister Karrie and brother-in-law Bob Lorain of Welches and many nieces and nephews.
At this time we are at such a loss about our beloved Mike that no date has been set to have celebration of life.
