Obituary
Kathleen Parker was born on November 4th, 1954 in Hood River, Oregon to Douglas and Rosella. After graduating from Sheridan High School, Kathleen attended the University of Kentucky. Kathy worked many years at the Kentucky University as a health care worker. She encouraged others to read “When God Winks” and loved watching the hummingbirds in her yard. She was a member of the Eagles Lodge, loved writing poetry and arts and crafts. On November 22, 2022 Kathy passed away at 68 in Lincoln City, Oregon.
Kathy is preceded in death by her father Doug Parker and mother Rosella Parker. She is survived by Doug – Dave and Chuck Parker, Patti Desmarteau, Emily and Johnny Desmarteau. Kathy is survived by Susie Parker, Frankie Parker, and her furry friend Baby. Kathy is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
